How to plan the perfect bar for your Sangeet night
From welcome drinks to the late-night last call, here's a curated checklist for an unforgettable Sangeet bar.

The Sangeet is the heartbeat of an Indian wedding — music, dance, and an open bar that fuels every memory. Here's how to plan it right.
1. Start with the welcome moment. A signature drink in your guests' hands within 90 seconds of arrival sets the tone. Choose something photogenic — a Rose-Lychee Bellini or Kesar Sangria.
2. Build a 'three-tier' menu. One crowd-pleasing classic (Mojito), one Indian-inspired highlight (Masala G&T), one show-stopper (smoked Old Fashioned). Keep it tight — 6 to 8 drinks max.
3. Don't forget the elders & kids. A solid mocktail menu — at least three options — is non-negotiable. Phalsa Spritz, Virgin Mojito, Coconut-Rose Lassi.
4. Plan for peaks. Sangeet bars get hit hard between 9–10 PM (post-performance) and at midnight (last call). Make sure you have one mixologist per 50 guests during these windows.
5. Showcase the couple. A 'His & Hers' signature drink, named after you, with a printed menu card is the easiest crowd-favourite we've ever seen.
