To prevent abuse of the booking system, we have integrated payment gateway like Razorpay / Zoho to confirm bookings.

Google Calendar for all your Artists

If you don’t have google calendar, we will setup for you on your account. Completely free!
If you are using a CRM, we will setup and sync Google Calendar with your CRM
You can create upto 100 calendars (one per artist) in your own Google Account.
If you discontinue our services in future (we hope not), you can continue using these calendars manually.
For each booking, we create two events
- Service Booking
- Buffer

Google Sheet of your Salon Services

Your service list will be maintained on Google Sheet
You have the authority to make changes to your services and pricing at any point of time
Think of it like OLA / UBER strategy where you can change pricing at will
Priority defines the order of service. If user needs multiple services, priority will determine which needs to be executed / booked first
Buffer always follows after the service

The bot is also trained for Human hand off, avoid questions that will lead to Human handoff, example I want a “customized service”. Once you are handed off to Human, only a Human can then switch you back to AI
You’ll be asked to make payment of ₹1 to complete the booking. Once the payment is done, you can see your booking in the calendar above. The AI will create two events: a service event and a buffer event
If the booking is not visible, kindly refresh the page
To prevent abuse, you’ll have to make booking in 10 chats. If no booking-id is generated in 10 chats you’ll automatically be handed over to Human
Race conditions: Once payment link is generated, the time is blocked for 15 minutes. No one else can book the same time slot with same artist. You can check this from a different number.
Artist’s shift timing and weekoffs are also taken into consideration by AI before booking
